Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven professional to lead the growth and expansion of our company by identifying strategic business opportunities, building relationships, and driving initiatives that increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and active involvement in the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through networking and industry events.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations to pitch products or services.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in business development and sales.
  • Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level).
  • Proficiency in CRM software, analytics tools, and other relevant technology.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent memory.
  • Familiarity with software development and data technologies is a plus.
